Brr, it's freezing today! Isn't this June? Anyway, in my last post, I put a brief log of my exercise last week. Inspired by Becky's summer goals meme, I decided I'd like to keep a log of my exercise all summer.

I had a paragraph here saying I was done September first, but it turns out the challenge goes on until the 11th!
*Note: The difference, in my mind, between walking and hiking is terrain and time. If I walk on the street, I call it walking no matter how long it is. If I walk in the woods or the canyon for less than half an hour, I usually call that a walk, too. Longer canyon walks are called hikes, because of the rugged, steep terrain. Other people have other definitions. One of my friends calls our two-hour canyon outings "walks" because, as she says, we don't pack a lunch. Other friends only call walks hikes if they're day-long trips. I'm not so hardcore.
Another note: The warm water aerobics class is a "stretch and tone" class and not very aerobic, but really good for my muscle spasms. The deep water class is pretty intense and definitely aerobic as well as strengthening.
